Learn reiki
The word “Reiki” means “universal life force energy.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
Reiki is a form of energy healing based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” that flows through our bodies. Through regular practice, Reiki becomes a way of life that attracts abundance in every aspect of life and gives freedom from worries and anxieties.
There are four levels taught under the traditional Usui system of Reiki healing.

Level 1
is a one full day session that equips the learner or Reiki channel for self-healing,
Level 2
is a one full day session that will prepare the Reiki healer for healing others.

Level 3
is the Advanced Reiki Training (ART) and is meant for learners who want to take up the Mastership to teach Reiki.
It is done in two parts -
Level 3A is a two full day session where you learn to be a Master Practitioner, and Level 3B is a four day session which trains you to be a Master Teacher.​

Class timings are from 10am to 5:30pm. The schedule is flexible based on the availability and convenience of the learner and the teachers.

Learn acupressure
What is Acupressure?
​
Acupressure is one of the alternative healing therapies that are found to be very effective, and when practiced in addition to Reiki it gives immense relief immediately. It was called Marma Chikitsa in ancient India.
It is practised by applying pressure (using fingers or specialised tools) to specific points on the body, which helps regulate the flow of prana or vital energy throughout the body.

Reflexology and Meridianology:
Are two branches of Acupressure that are practised widely.
Reflexology focusses on application of pressure only on points located in the feet and palms, whereas the
Meridianology points are located on different parts of the human body.

We collaborate with the Orissa Swasthya Seva Sangh to conduct Reflexology and Meriadianology training classes every year.
